요새 과로에 의해 몸이 많이 좋지 않았습니다. 그냥 안 좋은 것이 아니라 가슴과 배 어디쯤에서 탁한 기운이 뭉쳐있고 뭔가 안 좋은 기운이 온몸을 감싸고 있는 것이 느껴졌습니다.

‘오늘 내가 이것을 끌러 내리라’는 마음을 먹고 북소리에 박자를 타며 지기금지원위대강을 힘차게 치고나갔습니다. 

눈을 지그시 감으니 처음엔 앞이 컴컴하다가 갑자기 어딘가로 빨려가듯이 환해졌는데 잡생각이 들 수 없는 어떤 경계로 접어 든 것 같았습니다. 

한참 신명나게 몸을 흔드는데 내 몸 바로 왼쪽에 사람의 형체를 한 검은 그림자가 앞을 보고 서 있더니 급기야 몸을 비틀어 내 얼굴을 내려다 보았습니다. 순간 몸이 오싹해졌습니다. 

그리고 나서 지금 내 몸을 감싸고 있는 탁하고 먹구름 같은 먹먹한 기운이 이 신명이라는 것을 바로 알게 되었습니다. 척신인지 뭐인지는 알 수 없었지만 ‘이것을 몰아내자’ 라는 마음으로 더 힘차게 주문을 읽고 몸을 흔들었습니다. 

순간 환했던 시야가 다시 어두컴컴해지며 검은 형체도 보이지 않게 되었습니다. 다시 환하게 되길 바라며 도공을 하는데 갑자기 잠이 쏟아졌습니다. 누군가 계속 의도적으로 의식을 흐트러뜨리는 게 느껴졌습니다. 

안되겠다 싶어 무릎을 꿇고 자세를 바로잡아 주문소리로 때리듯이 리듬을 탔습니다. 한참 집중해서하니 검은 형체의 의도적인 손길이 조금씩 약해지며 내 기운이 힘겨루기에서 이기고 있는 게 느껴졌습니다. 

거의 다 이겼다고 느꼈을 때 꽉 쪼이고 있는 무언가가 확 풀어지며 다시 환한 세상으로 빨려 들어갔습니다. 다시금 그 경계에 들어가니 피톤치드 숲에서 누워있는 듯 너무 상쾌해졌습니다. 앞을 보니 띄엄띄엄 앉아있는 성도님들의 대각선방향 빈 공간에 신명들이 앉아 있는 게 보였는데 셀 수도 없을 만큼의 머리가 도장을 가득 메우고 있었습니다.

Recently, I was not in a good condition through overwork. It’s not just “a bad condition.” I had a turbid qi stuck in my chest and my abdomen, feeling dark qi surrounding my whole body. 

In the beginning of dynamic meditation, I resolved ‘Today is the day that I had fixed my pain and problems’ and powerfully chanted mantra of “Jigi geumji wonwee daegang” rhythmically matching the drum sound. 

As I closed my eyes gently, I felt myself pulled forward. All of a sudden, my eye sights changed from darkness to brightness. I was entering a certain boundary where I could not have any impure mind. 

I was actively moving my body  when a black shadow of a human figure came to me. He was standing on my left staring at my face. I had chills all over my body.

Then I realized that the turbid and dark cloud-like qi surrounding my body was the black shadow spirit. Although I was not sure whether this was a vengeful spirit, to keep evil spirit away, I chanted more powerfully and shook my body vigorously. 

At that moment, brightness became darkness and the black figure vanished from my eye sight. 

I kept doing dynamic meditation with wish to get brighten eye sight again, but I fell asleep. I noticed that someone was continuously and intentionally disturbing my consciousness. 

Feeling wrong leaving this way, I kneeled, corrected my posture, and followed to the beat of the  mantra. Focusing to the meditation for a while, I felt the black figure’s  strength weakening, his intention withering and my energy winning over him. 

When I felt I almost won, something restraining me was released and I was pulled into a bright world. Entering the boundary of bright world again, it was so refreshing that I felt like laying down in a forest with full of phytoncide. Looking forward, I saw that spirits were diagonally sitting between followers’ sparse sits and the spirits filled in Dojang and the number was too many to count.
