태모님 성탄절에 참여해서 도공을 하고 그 다음날 도장에서 금요일 철야수행에 참여하여 도공을 했던 이경숙포감의 체험사례입니다.

수행을 하고 있을 때, 수행하고 있는 신도들 한사람 당 흰 도복을 입은 세명의 신명님들이 옆에서 수행을 하고 있는 모습을 보게되었습니다. 그 분들이 너무도 경건하게 수행하는 모습에 큰 감동을 받았다고 했습니다. 자신은 수행을 할 때, 시간이 지나면 다소 몸과 마음이 풀어지기도 하는데, 신명님들은 처음 무릎꿇고 기도하는 자세 그대로 계속해서 수행하고 있는 신명님들의 모습을 보면서 더욱 깨어져서 수행하고 신앙을 해야겠다고 하였습니다.

It is the dogong experience from Lee, Kyung-sook Pogam who did dynamic meditation during celebrating Taemonim’s Incarnation Chiseong and also did dynamic meditation while attending the Friday Overnight Meditation Practice in the Dojang the following day.

While doing the meditation practice, she saw that three spirits wearing the white dao attire did the meditation practice beside per each dao practitioner. She said she was quite impressed for the scene of those spirits who did their meditation practice with their utmost devotion. When she does the meditation practice, her mind and body gets a little bit loose as time passes but as she recognized, the spirits showed their one mind in their meditation while keeping their one posture of praying with kneeling down from the beginning. After her experience, she said that she will do the meditation practice and practice her faith with more awakened mind.
