제가 한달 넘도록 목이 아팠는데요. 결절이 걸려서 성대결절로 상태가 안 좋았습니다. 

처음에 도공을 할 때 목 쪽으로 기운을 넣더라구요. 헛구역질이 나왔지남 뱉지는 못했구요. 마지막에 욱하고 헛구역질 나간 것 같았습니다. 그래서 목이 한결 편해진 상황이구요. 

앞쪽에 신단 경계선 쪽에 기운이 엄청나게 뭉쳐 있더라구요. 손으로 모아서 담다가 종도사님께서 흥을 돋우실 적에 제가 앞에 있는 것을 모아서 전달하듯이 뒤로 보내더라구요. 제가 받는 것하고 뒤로 보내는 것 하고 느낌이 달랐습니다. 

마지막 2분 할 때는 양손에 도장을 쾅쾅 찍고 신단에 올리는 것으로 마무리를 지었습니다. 

I had a soar throat for one month because I had a problem with my vocal cords. 

At the beginning of dynamic meditation, qi came into my throat and almost made me throw up. At the end, though nauseous, my throat felt much better. 

I felt the qi that had enormously accumulated at the edge of the Shindan (altar). When His Holiness the Jongdosanim heightened the dynamic meditation movement, I gathered the qi from the front, then passed it onto the back. The qi received from the front and the qi sent back seemed  a little bit different. 

In the final 2 minutes I stamped the seal on both my hands and put them on a Shindan before ending the dynamic meditation.
