도공을 처음 시작하자 나도 모르게 손이 어느 순간에 위로 올라가더니 백회를 두드렸습니다. 그러다가 머리 위에 뭔가가 손안으로 기운을 넣는 듯 하였고 마치 충전을 하듯이 왼손이 충전되면 백회를 치고 잠시 있다가 오른손이 충전되면 오른손으로 백회를 치고 인당을 치고 그러기를 십여 차례를 했습니다.

의식 속에 계속 폭포의 물소리를 듣는 듯한 느낌으로 도공을 계속하게 되었습니다. 그러자 정말 강한 에너지가 뭉쳐진 시원한 물방울 같은 것이 눈에 보였습니다. 그것은 마치 반딧불 같은 빛덩어리였습니다. 그것이 환하게 비추더니 백회를 타고 들어오는 것이 느껴지며 머리를 계속 돌리며 그 에너지를 받았습니다.

머리가 어지러울 정도로 계속 흔들었고 그 힘이 조금씩 부드러운 에너지로 바뀌어 어느덧 마치 제 양손이 춤을 추는 듯했습니다. 몸과 마음이 함께 어우러져 춤을 추듯 바다 해초처럼 편안하고 행복한 기분이 들었습니다.

When the dynamic meditation started, my hands unconsciously moved up over my head to tap the crown chakra. I felt some qi in my palms over my head which seemed like it was recharging the qi through my hands. When my left hand was charged, I tapped my crown chakra and a few minutes later my right hand followed. I continued to tap the area between my eyebrows and repeated this 10 times.

I kept practicing dynamic meditation with such feeling that I heard the sound of a waterfall in my mind. Then, I saw something like cool water drops condense with strong qi (energy). It looked like lumps of twinkling lights such as fireflies. It shone brightly then I felt it coming into my head through the crown chakra. I received qi energy while spinning my head continuously

I continued to bob my head, but the force gradually turned into soft qi and both hands moved as if I was dancing. I felt comfortable and happy, like a seaweed inside the sea, as if my body and mind were dancing together.
